How does booking a handyman estimate work?

Send the job through the form above with a couple of photos, or call (604) 996-0969. We read it the same day, usually within an hour during business hours, and come back with either a free photo estimate or a time for a free on-site walk-through. It costs nothing to find out what the work would take, and there is no obligation once you have the number.

How fast will you get back to me?

Same day for most requests, often within the hour during business hours. Send something late in the evening and you will hear from us the next morning rather than at midnight. If a job is urgent, call instead of using the form and say so.

Do I need to send photos?

They help, and for small jobs they are usually enough on their own. Two or three wide shots plus a close-up of the problem let us scope most repairs without a visit. If we cannot read it from a picture, we say so and come out to look, still free.

Which areas do you cover?

All of Metro Vancouver: Vancouver, Burnaby, Surrey, White Rock, South Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta, Langley, North and West Vancouver, New Westminster, Pitt Meadows, and Maple Ridge. If you are just outside that list, ask anyway.

Are you insured?

Yes. We carry liability insurance on every job and send the certificate on request, before we start. Strata councils and property managers usually want it on file, and we are set up to provide it without being chased.

Why is there no price list on this page?

Because two identical-sounding jobs can be far apart once we see them. A fence repair depends on post condition, access, and materials. We quote after looking, on site or from your photos, instead of publishing a number that would be wrong for your job.
