Yes. We carry liability insurance and WorkSafeBC coverage on every job. Ask and we'll send the certificate before we start. Strata managers usually want it on file, and we're set up for that.
Every job is different. Two “fix the fence” calls can be far apart in price once we see post condition, access, and materials. So we quote after looking, on site or from photos, instead of posting a number that's wrong for your job.
Yes. We do multi-unit strata maintenance, common-area repairs, and small commercial work like kitchen stainless and tile alongside regular home repairs. One crew, one number, scheduling that works around tenants and staff.
